Endless loop or freezing when starting Keyman products

If Keyman Desktop or Keyman Developer freeze (hang) or go into an endless loop of XML errors when starting, download the installer for Microsoft XML 3.0 Service Pack 7 or higher.

This is related to an issue in earlier releases of Microsoft XML 3.0. You can download MS XML 3.0 Service Pack 7 from the following page:

Installing MSXML3.0 SP7 or repairing the current installation should fix the issue.
