Teclas inactivas

En el teclado Nasa Yuwe hay tres teclas inactivas:

]	para aplicar una tilde sobre los vocales para indicar un vocal nasal
'	para aplicar un acento sobre los vocales
"	para producir c-cedilla, glotales y comillas
	y para aplicar una diéresis sobre la letra u

Esta tabla muestra el resultado producido por la tecla en la primera columna seguida por la tecla en la primera línea:

Las letras mayúsculas correspondientes también se producen igual a las letras minúsculas mostradas en la tabla al solo mantener presionado el teclado mayús.

Otras Teclas Especiales

Esta tabla muestra cuatro teclas adicionales que producen letras o símbolos diferentes a los que aparecen en el teclado físico:

Si desea producir un punto y coma(;) o un colon (:), después de apretar la tecla para producir la ñ o Ñ, simplemente repita la misma tecla una segunda vez o use la barra espaciadora. (Esta última producirá la puntuación seguida por un espacio.) Esto funcionará bien ya que las letras ñ y Ñ nunca ocurren dos veces consecutivamente ni al final de una palabra.

Deadkeys

The Nasa Yuwe keyboard uses three deadkeys:

]	to apply a tilde over vowels in order to indicate nasalization
'	to apply an acute accent over vowels
"	to produce c-cedilla, glottals, Spanish quotes (double and single chevrons), and curly quotes
	and to apply a diéresis over the letter u

This table shows the result produced by the deadkey in the first column followed by the key in the first row:

The corresponding capital letters are produced in the same way as their lowercase counterparts by holding down the SHIFT key while typing the letter.

Other Special Keys

This table shows four additional keys that produce letters or symbols which are different from those that appear on the physical keyboard:

If you want to type a semicolon(;) or a colon (:), after typing the key to produce the ñ or Ñ, simply repeat that same keystroke a second time or press the Spacebar. (The latter will produce the desired punctuation mark followed by a space.) This works well since the letters ñ and Ñ never occur twice in a row nor at the end of a word.
