Tengwar Keyboard Help
This package contains two keyboards for entering Tengwar data coded according to the ConScript proposal of Michael Everson. One keyboard supports PUA characters in the BMP. The other keyboard supports PUA characters in Plane 15. No fonts are included in the package.
