IKeymanHotkey::Modifiers Property

Introduction

The IKeymanHotkey::Modifiers property controls the set of modifiers associated with the hotkey.

Changes to the hotkey will be applied after IKeymanKeyboardsInstalled::Apply is called for a keyboard hotkey, or after IKeymanHotkeys::Apply is called for other hotkeys.
