The Usage View of the On Screen Keyboard shows helpful hints on how to use the currently selected Keyman keyboard layout.

The content of the Usage View is defined by the active keyboard layout. Some Usage Views have interactive elements, allowing you to click on a letter to insert it into your document directly.

Some keyboard layouts do not include a Usage view. In these cases, the Usage view window will link to documentation for the keyboard layout, when available.
