This is an optional variable, that sets the help text for the "off" state in KeymanWeb. By default it is "Select a keyboard layout from the dropdown box above"
Example
KeymanWeb_DefaultKeyboardHelp = 'KeymanWeb is not running. Choose a keyboard to start KeymanWeb';
